So, I discovered the most delicious "dessert"-style food! I think it tastes like cheesecake! I don't think that you should eat this in excess, though, because it has sugar, but I am researching it further to see what the make up of sugar and fat is, compared to the health benefits. The yogurt has lots of protein, so that is great when you are working out, you need that to build back your muscle. I know that you can get the plain greek yogurt. If you go to Publix, you can find the Uncle Sam cereal where the healthier foods are. It is so good! Wheat berries and flax seed..try it! Have a great day! Don't forget to work out!
