I figured out that I have to work out every day or I get out of it and end up not working out at all! So, I am happy to say that I have been working out every day since the 30th of December. Also, my husband has been working out every day with me. So, maybe that is what is happening with your work out...try working out every day, or try working out in the morning if you normally work out at night, and vice-versa. Try mixing it up and you will find where you feel the most comfortable. Just keep on going, that is the main thing!

Oil pulling? Yes! It's awesome!
Oh, the oil pulling is great! You take about a teaspoon of coconut oil and keep swishing it around in your mouth for as long as you can. I could only go 7 mins the first time. They say to try for 20 mins..But, make sure that you don't swallow the oil!! Spit it out in the toilet, so that you don't have to clean oil out of your sink. The oil will pull the toxins out of your mouth and stay in the oil. Your teeth will feel and look so much better and your mouth will feel happier (that's the only word that came to me) but, it heals any sore spots you might have in your mouth. Once you try it..you will love it!
Healthy work out food..that tastes like dessert!
So, I discovered the most delicious "dessert"-style food! I think it tastes like cheesecake! I don't think that you should eat this in excess, though, because it has sugar, but I am researching it further to see what the make up of sugar and fat is, compared to the health benefits. The yogurt has lots of protein, so that is great when you are working out, you need that to build back your muscle. I know that you can get the plain greek yogurt. If you go to Publix, you can find the Uncle Sam cereal where the healthier foods are. It is so good! Wheat berries and flax seed..try it! Have a great day! Don't forget to work out!
