Terri's Veggie layered casserole

Layer the listed items in a pam sprayed 13x9 glass dish in the order listed
6 leaves of purple cabbage to line bottom
15-20 quartered fresh mushrooms or one whole basket
put half on the first layer and the rest on top
ONE diced half med white onion HALF NOW AND HALF ON TOP
6 stick sliced carrots
3-4 LEAVES regular cabbage
3-4 white potatoes sliced
2 chopped cloves garlic (I USED DEHYDRATED)
3 sliced sweet potatoes
ONE head of cauliflower broken up in tiny pieces THEN THE REST OF THE MUSHROOMS/ONIONS
CRUMBLE 4-6 OZ CREAM CHEESE SEA SALT GROUND BLACK PEPPER
BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350° FOR 20 MINUTES…THEN COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE AN ADDITIONAL 40-45 MINUTES
