Alright...here is a great smoothie that's all good for you too! Can't imagine it?? Me, neither, but the "gingerbread smoothie" is a big time winner! Take two bananas and put them in the freezer, peel first, and get your blender or food processor, my blender is broken so I used my fp. Put three cups almond milk 1 TBS vanilla, and 1 TBS molasses, 1 tsp allspice, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp cinnamin, then add your semi frozen bananas. Blend well and drink! So delicious, and nutritious! ♥
